Мэтт Хоуган: Институциональные инвесторы удерживают биткоин в кризис

Инвестиционный директор управляющей криптоактивами компании Bitwise Мэтт Хоуган (Matt Hougan) заявил, что крупные инвесторы оказались более устойчивыми держателями биткоина, чем ожидалось, несмотря на снижение рынка примерно на 50%.

По его словам, наглядное представление о поведении профессиональных участников дают спотовые биржевые фонды (ETF) на биткоин. С момента их запуска в январе 2024 года по октябрь 2025-го совокупный чистый приток в эти инструменты составил около $60 млрд.

После октября 2025 года цена биткоина снизилась примерно на 50%, однако отток средств из биржевых фондов оказался значительно меньше — менее $10 млрд.

«Лучшие доказательства мы видим на рынке ETF. Эти данные свидетельствуют о том, что институциональные инвесторы не только не покидают рынок массово, но и в значительной степени удерживают позиции в условиях волатильности», — отметил Хоуган.

Такое поведение, по его мнению, противоречит распространенному представлению о том, что институциональные инвесторы более чувствительны к экономическим шокам и склонны быстро избавляться от рискованных активов в периоды нестабильности.

Хоуган пояснил, что биткоин по-прежнему остается активом без широкого консенсуса среди институциональных участников. В таких условиях решения о вложениях принимают в основном инвесторы с высокой степенью уверенности, готовые брать на себя сопутствующие риски.

«Институциональные инвесторы, которые покупают биткоин сегодня, все еще выделяются на фоне коллег и идут на риск. Поэтому, как правило, они убеждены в своей позиции значительно сильнее», — сказал он.

По оценке Хоугана, именно эта уверенность объясняет относительную устойчивость институционального капитала и может поддерживать рынок в периоды повышенной волатильности.

Он также подтвердил свой долгосрочный прогноз, согласно которому цена биткоина может достичь $1 млн. По его словам, для этого достаточно сохранения текущих темпов роста глобального рынка средств сбережения и постепенного увеличения доли криптовалюты в его структуре.

Ранее Хоуган заявил, что «эффект привязки» мешает многим инвесторам объективно оценить потенциал криптовалютного рынка.
